This article provides the different ways of integrating SQL Server Reporting Services capabilities into Web-Applications. We discuss Microsoft’s BI Platform and its core components, mostly SQL Server Reporting Services. This paper makes comparison between local and remote report processing modes and suggests some recommendations about when to use each of them. At the end of the article, we provide some sample code for generating report using ServerReport object and ReportViewer control.
