Abstract - discusses system analysis of organizational management objects, by showing their aims, mission and business-functions,
classification of logistical management business-process, their modeling by object-oriented and process-oriented approaches. For construction organizational-management system is offered ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) methodology, questions of service treatment, uninterrupted renovation and fulfilling business-process and their constant guaranteeing, formation of principles for life cycle analysis and effective management of services, constant business supply with their iterative and incremental realization. In the paper, details are given regarding business-process models of estimation of organizational technical level of difficult business-object (for example, an enterprise firm, a financial bank) and management of credit risks. They are constructed using expert estimating methods, principles of Unified Modelling Language (UML) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
