In the article the two-dimensional numerical model for the dynamics of shallow reservoirs considered. The model uses a vertically integrated equations of the motion and continuity. The problem is solved using finite difference methods. Numerical experiments carried out for the model area that has for quite complex bottom relief. The numerical results are in good agreement with theoretical estimates.
